With a passion for presenting, Ricardo has spoken at several private and public real estate conferences and is Founder of REBarCamp Los Angeles (a one-day free social media event attended by 300+ individuals in the real estate industry). He works with conference organizers to deliver speeches and host break-out sessions bridging the gap between what is possible on the web with what is practical for real estate professionals and small business owners. He was a featured speaker at the nationally recognized 2009 Inman Real Estate Connect Conference in San Francisco and was also a part of the inaugural Gravity Summit event launch at UCLA in 2009.
He regularly speaks and consults with some of the most influential organizations in real estate about blogging, social networking, lead generation through social media and technology. In short, he helps small businesses outline and execute their social media strategy to attract clients, build better brands and create raving fans.

Stacey Soleil - Brand & Social Media Specialist, Podcast Co-Host
Stacey Soleil is a passionate Entrepreneur and Social Media Consultant. Her role is to develop and implement effective social media tactics for our clients, including influencer and fan outreach, content distribution, and campaign management.
Stacey comes to Ribeezie Media with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience within the general entertainment, music, and non-profit organization forefront. In early 2005, Stacey shifted her focus to the web upon recognizing the necessity for new media marketing campaigns that would reach the latest generation of web and mobile savvy users. Since then she has skillfully leveraged her connections within the music and entertainment industry to strategize and implement digital placements, online promotions and grass roots marketing campaigns for many of today’s hottest musicians.
Before joining us Stacey served as Director of Social Media Strategy with KARMA Media Labs. She also strategized New Media marketing tactics for labels such as Toucan Cove Records & Arthropoda Productions, as well as sponsorship endeavors for top touring acts such as Hinder, Mudvayne, & Killswitch Engage. Stacey has also been involved in the grassroots marketing and promotional endeavors for top websites such as iLike.com, Garageband.com and HandheldComedy.com. Stacey’s creative approach to marketing & branding has garnered lasting partnerships between her clients and major athletic figures, as well as co-promotions with big name brands such as Playboy, Dirt Bag Clothing, Monster Energy, & Hot Topic. Additionally, during her time as Director of New Media Marketing with Toucan Cove Records, Stacey helped the label secure top billing as the #1 independent label for the year 2008 by creating a dynamic cross-promotion with US Olympic Gold Medalist Nastia Liukin & the pop music sensation Saving Jane. Stacey maintains active involvement within several local charities and is currently participating in the start ups of NextWeb/OC & TechGirls/OC.
