1. Refund Policy

Since Ribeezie Media is offering a non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after payment has been received for custom work (this includes basic installations). Design Sales cannot be refunded for the following reasons:

• Design Hours are billed directly and immediately to our design team for hours worked into the design and coding phases of your contract.

We reserve the right to change and/or modify current terms and conditions with no prior notice.

All Webinar Sales are considered FINAL. We only offer refunds or credits in the event that an appointment is missed by your instructor. We do not issue refunds for missed classes due to a scheduling error on your behalf.
